Kahriz Research and Information Center
• The project to establish the Kahriz Research and Information Center (KRIC) and the opening of the Kahriz Engineering course was implemented on the basis of an agreement signed on July 16, 2019 between the UN agency -the International Organization for Migration and the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University.
• The center is located in the building of the Faculty of Engineering of the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University.
• The project is funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency.
The main purpose of the project
• Establishing a Kahriz Research Information Center at the Azerbaijan State Agrarian University and launch a Kahriz Engineering course.
• Adding the Kahriz Engineering course to the university curriculum to teach 100 undergraduate students with the suitable speciality.
• Carrying out research and educational exchange activities on Kahriz.
