On September 7, 2021, the second online meeting of the initial presentation of the draft national master plan on the kahrizes of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held.
Mr. Vladimir Georgiev, Head of the IOM Mission to Azerbaijan, Mr. Arzu Musayev, Chief Engineer of the IOM, Mr. Mirnaib Mirsalahov, Professor of ASAU, Mr. Rauf Amanov, Caucasus Geo-survey, LLC (IOM project partner), Caspian Legal Center LLC (IOM) project partner) Farid Nabili. The meeting was attended by representatives of the competent authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the invited guests discussed the draft National Master Plan for the kahrizes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
