The presentation of the book “Kahriz systems”, published in the framework of an international project, took place at the ASAU.

Within the framework financed by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) project on “Integrated Rural Development for Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Communities in Azerbaijan through Revitalization of the Kahriz Water Supply System” and signed between the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ASAU) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM), a presentation ceremony of “Kahriz systems” book was held on 29 December, 2021 at the Kahriz Research İnformation Centre.

Vice-rector for academic affairs, associate professor Anar Hatamov, dean of Engineering faculty, associate professor Tavakkul Ismayilov, Land reclamation and hydro-technical construction department chief, ASAU professor Mirnaib Mirsalahov, associate professor Isgandar Huseynov, senior lecturer Misirkhan Hasanov, senior lecturer Vugar Babayev, lecturer Mahir Bayramov, lecturer Ramil Mustafayev, lecturer Etibar Verdiyev, lecturer Rizvan Abdullayev, associate professor Zaman Zeynalov, associate professor Tohid Mammadov, associate professor Urfan Taghiyev, teachers and land reclamation engineering speciality students took part at the ceremony.

According to the program vice-rector for academic affairs, associate professor Anar Hatamov welcomed the participants. Then Land reclamation and hydro-technical construction department chief, ASAU professor Mirnaib Mirsalahov, informed the participants about the results of the project and the book structure.

At the end of the ceremony, each trainer of the project was awarded the book “Kahriz systems".
